Terms of Service

These terms apply to every order placed on this website with Rangpur Engineering. By placing an order you agree to them. If anything here is unclear, please contact us before you order.

Orders

  • An order is confirmed only after our team calls you to verify it. We may cancel an order we cannot confirm, or one placed with incorrect contact details.
  • Products marked Call for price are quoted individually; the quoted price is agreed with you before the order is finalised.
  • Stock is shown in good faith. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will offer an alternative or cancel that item.

Prices and payment

  • Prices are shown in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and include the product only. Delivery charges are shown at checkout.
  • Payment is cash on delivery unless we agree another method with you in writing.
  • Discounts and coupons apply only within their stated dates and conditions and cannot be combined unless stated.

Delivery

  • We deliver across Bangladesh. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by courier schedules, weather and public holidays.
  • Please check the package in front of the delivery person and report visible damage immediately.

Installation and technical advice

System sizing and technical recommendations are given in good faith based on the information you provide. Electrical installation should be carried out by a qualified electrician. We are not responsible for damage caused by incorrect installation, misuse or connection to unsuitable equipment.

Warranty and returns

Manufacturer warranties apply as stated on each product. To report a damaged or faulty item, or to make a warranty claim, contact us with your order number.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account password private. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place an order is the one that applies to that order.
